Our 90-Day Limited Warranty

During this period, Sizzlin Bargains warrants that the machine will be materially consistent with the condition stated in its product listing at delivery and operationally functional for its ordinary intended machine functions, subject to the exclusions below.

If a covered defect or malfunction appears during the warranty period, Sizzlin Bargains will repair the covered problem in accordance with this Limited Warranty.

What’s Covered

Our 90-Day Limited Warranty covers:

• Covered mechanical, electrical, or electronic operating defects that appear during the 90-day warranty period
• A machine that does not materially match the condition represented in its product listing at delivery
• Labor required to complete an approved covered repair
• Parts reasonably necessary to complete an approved covered repair
• Standard return shipping from Sizzlin Bargains to you after completion of a covered repair

Coverage applies only to the machine and conditions described in the applicable product listing and is subject to the exclusions and limitations below.

What’s Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover problems or damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear consistent with a previously owned machine
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, dropping, impact, accidents, liquid damage, or improper storage after delivery
• Improper repair, modification, adjustment, or service performed by the customer or a third party
• Improperly installed, incompatible, defective, or incorrect needles, thread, bobbins, accessories, attachments, or other supplies
• Improper voltage, power surges, electrical problems, generators, converters, or power supplies
• Failure to perform reasonable routine maintenance described in the manufacturer’s operating instructions
• Cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration, marks, or other conditions disclosed in the product listing before purchase
• Damage occurring during transportation, relocation, storage, or handling after completed delivery
• Consumable items and ordinary wear items except when their failure results directly from a covered defect in the machine
• Third-party software, computers, mobile devices, wireless networks, internet services, embroidery files, cloud services, or other products or services not supplied and expressly warranted by Sizzlin Bargains

Using a third-party repair service, part, or accessory does not by itself cancel this Limited Warranty. However, damage or malfunction caused by improper third-party repairs, modifications, parts, accessories, or service is not covered.

Our Remedy: Repair

For a claim determined by Sizzlin Bargains to be covered under this Limited Warranty, repair is the exclusive contractual remedy provided by this warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Sizzlin Bargains will provide the labor and covered repair parts necessary to correct the covered problem without charge.

This Limited Warranty does not provide an automatic right to a refund, replacement machine, exchange, or store credit.

Sizzlin Bargains will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete an approved warranty repair within a reasonable period based on the nature of the repair, availability of parts, shipping requirements, and other relevant circumstances.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit, including a remedy that may become available if an exclusive repair remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Shipping a Machine for Warranty Service

Contact Sizzlin Bargains before shipping a machine for warranty evaluation.

Unless Sizzlin Bargains agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the machine to Sizzlin Bargains or our designated repair location.

If the claim is covered, Sizzlin Bargains will pay for standard shipping of the repaired machine back to the customer.

Machines must be properly packaged for transportation. Whenever reasonably possible, the original manufacturer packaging and shipping materials should be used.

Sizzlin Bargains is not responsible for additional damage caused by inadequate packaging provided by the customer.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your machine has a covered problem:

1. Contact Sizzlin Bargains before the 90-day warranty period expires.
2. Provide your order number, machine model, and a description of the problem.
3. We may request photographs, video, additional information, or reasonable troubleshooting to help identify the issue.
4. If necessary, we will provide instructions for sending the machine to us or our designated repair location for evaluation.
5. If we determine that the problem is covered, we will perform the covered repair under the terms of this Limited Warranty.
6. After the covered repair is completed, we will pay standard shipping to return the repaired machine to you.

Final Sale Policy

Sizzlin Bargains specializes in individually sourced, previously owned machines.

All sales are final except as expressly provided by this Limited Warranty or as otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges because of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, preference for another machine, finding another price after purchase, or determining after purchase that a machine is not suitable for a particular intended use that Sizzlin Bargains did not expressly represent it as suitable for.

The Final Sale Policy does not eliminate the protections provided by this Limited Warranty or other rights that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

Manufacturer Warranties

This 90-Day Limited Warranty is provided directly by Sizzlin Bargains.

It is separate from any warranty originally offered by the machine’s manufacturer.

Because the machines we sell are previously owned, an original manufacturer’s warranty may have expired, may be non-transferable, may apply only to the original purchaser, or may otherwise be unavailable.

Unless the individual product listing expressly states otherwise, Sizzlin Bargains does not represent or guarantee that an original manufacturer’s warranty is currently valid or transferable.

Customers who want information about the status or transferability of a manufacturer’s warranty should contact the manufacturer directly.

Important Warranty Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties applicable to the machine, including the implied warranty of merchantability and any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 90-day duration of this Limited Warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or waive.
